What Causes Severe Pain In Genitals After A Tailbone Injury?

my brother was running to catch a football and fell quite hard on his tailbone, he is in alot of pain and dizzy and nauseas. he did not hit his head, but did have burning pain into his genitals when it happened. could this be more severe that a bruise or break?

Hello,

He may be suffering from an injury to the tailbone along with it compressive neuropathy. Use tablet pregabalin 75 mg once daily for five days.

Check it out MRI lumbar spine or x-ray LS spine. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
