General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most possible reason seems to be stone in the urethra which may not be revealed on CT abdomen and pelvis.

Kindly get an ultrasound of the urethra to get precise diagnosis and further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
