What Causes Soft Stools, Constipation And Abdomen Pain?
Hi, I have had soft stools and constipation (if that makes sense to have both) and a few days ago started having pains in my lower right side in my back, and also in my abdomen, I have been extremely fatigued, not eating as much, and when I do eat seem to feel full rather quickly. I went to the hospital the other night, and was told my blood work and CT scan look fine and must be a muscle spasm...I am a massage therapist and am very sure this is NOT a muscle spasm....
alternative bowel motions which consists of soft stools and constipation, this goes in line with irritable bowel syndrome. its common among people these days. it is also associated with abdominal pain which is caused by the spasm of the intestines. stress and lack of sleep can be a trigger to it. if you have got any stress factors I would advise you to work on it and I would advise you to have a healthy sleep pattern. as for the medications I would advise you the following : 1.peppermint tablets x 1 tablet x 3 times daily for 4 weeks.
I hope it helps wishing you a good health
best regards
