What Causes Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Headache, Yellowish On Roof Of Mouth?

I'm a woman, 5'7", and 24 years old and I have a sore throat, slightly runny nose, a mild headache (on and off) and I had a fever yesterday. Today I realized that the roof of my mouth is a yellowish color with bright red veins. Any idea what is wrong?

Hi, you have Upper respiratory tract infections.
Roof of mouth is normally light pink to whitish yellow in colour.
When there is infection that time veins are enlarged. That is the red streaks.
Nothing to worry, take some anti inflammatory medicines, decongestants will also help.
Do steam inhalation and hot saline garagle, if symptoms persist u may need antibiotics, so do consul t ur doctor as thses are prescription medications.
