What Causes Stiffness And Cracking Noise In Knees?
I have been working on semi trucks for about four months now and sense i started my knees have begun to pop. More so when im getting out from the truck (whether it be the engine, the back, the cab ect.) Also occationally they are minorly stiff. The poping doesnt hurt though. What might it be?

If you mean a bit of instability,then you will need a thorough examination and MRI to see the internal structure of your knee as tear in internal ligaments can cause such problems
