What Causes Stiffness In Back And Neck With Difficulty In Breathing?

I was playing basketball yesterday and I was fouled going to the hole in mid air and landed on my back and bounced head off ground as well. My back and neck is a little stiff today but trouble breathing a little since the incident happen. Should I be worried?

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

Most probably it is due to conditions like cervical spondylitis.

Consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI scan.
