What Causes Stiffness In Lower Stomach?

My lower stomach feels a little stiff and for a few days now I have this odd urge to pee like every 15-30 minutes but it's not a large amount, just a little bit. It was only today that it was starting to burn a little and there's a little pain after I pee. I've also been constipated for the past few days and I'm not sure what's wrong.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Two conditions are very common as long as the given history is concerned. One is Urinary tract infection and renal stone. In case of male, it could be prostate gland enlargement.
There are many other conditions but that all depends upon the age and gender and this information is not given here. If this is female then it could be gynaecological condition. But overall it is not the constipation that can cause these symptoms.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
