What Causes Stiffness In The Legs?

In the morning I have stiffness in my legs. Walk a little then it goes away. Then I sit down and get back up both feet feel like they are going to sleep if I stand too long. Sit back down it goes away. Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here...

Hi,

It may be an early sign of arthritis.

You can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
