What Causes Stiffness In The Neck?

2 days ago, I was working in my classroom. I was fine. I laughed at one of my students and then felt this wierd sensation on the right side of my neck and then my face. It really didn't hurt much, then. A few hours later I shoed my husband the vein/artery in the side of my neck was 'jumping'. We could see it. Since then my neck has been stiff and my right side of my face has been tingly and a little sore
