What Causes Stomach Ache After Getting A Stoma Bag?

my wife has a stoma bag and is getting tummy ache when she eats any thing can she take anything like andrews or indegestion remedies.Is there something she can take as it tends to go when the stoma works after it has been slow to output.She had an intestinal blockage after treatment for cancer thus causing her to have an operation and having to have a stoma bag fitted

INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION CANNOT BE TREATED MEDICICALLY EXPLORATIVE LAPRACTOMY HAS TO BE DONE AFTER CT SCAN TO RELIEVE THE AREAS WHICH ARE BLOCKED,bLOCKAGE HAVE TO BE CLEARED SURGICALLY.
