What Causes Stomach Ache, Vomiting Sensation And Back Pain?

my stomach has been hurting for 3 days now ive been taking tylenol every 4 hours sometimes it hurts only on the left side sometimes on both sides its so painfull that my back muscles are hurting. Ive been going to the bathroom and my feeses are getting more and more liquid, im not really hungry and i feel like im going to vomit. What may i have ?

Hello,

You may be suffering from food poisoning or gastritis or gastroenteritis or food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or fatty liver disease etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet ofloxacin-ornidazole. Tablet sporulac.

Avoid gluten or lactose contain food. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
