What Causes Stomach Ache, Vomiting Sensation, Fever And Headaches?

Hello, I m here to ask a question about my health. Since this morning I have had strange symptoms for example, stomach ache, headache, shivers, becoming weak, fever,and I have no appetite at all and every time I see food I get a gag reflect. So could you please tell me the possibility of why I have felt this way?

Dear- thanks for using our system and will try to help you with my medical advise. You might be suffering from some stomach virus,which manifests like that and might go away in 48-72 hrs. You should keep a light diet, mostly chicken broth,jello,apple sauce and a lot of fluid. If you don't improve in 72 hrs,you should see your doctor for a checkup and laboratory exam. However, most of these symptoms are self limited and solve without other medical intervention.
