What Causes Stomach And Leg Cramps Before Having Bowel Movement With Nausea And Decreased Appetite?

I've been having stomach and leg cramps right before having to have a bowel movement for the past 2 and a half weeks. Also been nauseas, have a decreased appetite, and light headed. And sometimes get dizzy when I get up. And idea what it could be? Thanks.

Hello,

Intestinal infection could be the cause and it could be the protozoa infection. I would suggest to have a single dose of tab Secnidazole and take care of hydration. Hypovitaminosis could be the cause of your symptom, so it is better to have some vitamin supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
