What Causes Stomach Cramps And Sore Breasts Along With Late Periods?

i had an HSG done in march on day 10 i did see the double lines on my ovulation day 13,14, 15 and then none on 16. i usaully start spotting on 23,24 day and period by 26th day. Today is day 32. I have sore breast at times since day 24 and i feel some cramp like feeling for few seconds and then it goes away, I have had those pains for a week now and I was just thinking my period is coming. what should i do? please help. should i get a urine test or is it too early?
