What Causes Stomach Pain And Back Pain Inspite Of Having Kidney Stones, IBS And Indigestion?

Yes, I have a question. I have pain in the right lower portion of my stomach along with pain about the same place in my back. My Doctor has told me that they couldn't do a cat scan with the dye because my kidney numbers weren't good. (the has been happening for a while)....He indicated that I do have kidney stones but they are not causing this pain. I have also had indigestion for the first time. I have irritable bowel syndrome but it doesn't show like this. In your estimation am I closer to saying (from my reading) that is an ulcer, inflammation of the pancreas or a hernia

I read your complaints.
Short answer: inflammation of duodenum (duodenal ulcers) ( Abdominal worms)

Long answer: It is necessary to have a stool test for worms and occult blood, pus or mucus.
It is necessary to also do a sonography abdomen to rule out pancreatitis( in case you consume tobacco , or alcohol or both)
If your creatinine level in blood is less than 1.2 you can go in for a ct scan of abdomen .
In any case u must also rule out Gall stones in bladder by a sonography.
Then when the reports are done , we can then go further. It is best to also meet a gastro -enterologist
I find this answer helpful
