What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Black Stool?
i had diarrhea for 2 weeks like every five min. when that stopped my stool was black like charcoal. i feel like im full all the time and have to force myself to eat. i have no energy and constanly tired. i have some lower pain in the stomach not bad just annoying.
