Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Swelling of face and head ache are due to low hemoglobin level .
* Abdominal symptoms relate to intestine infection or gastritis , need to be
evaluated thoroughly with ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy .

Hope this will help to clear your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Regards .
