What Causes Stomach Rumbling?

Hi there, I am Alex, 19 years old, male, when i breathe and stretch when hungry my stomach rumbles as i breathe, i have trouble eating food without feeling sick aswell, i am 5'9 and 65 kgs and have been diagnosed with a chronic anxiety 3 years ago, i have had a theory that my stomacch has shrunk due to the double-trouble paradox of eating less food because of anxiety, what is your opinion on this? I have a feeling that my stomach maybe be filling with air which is causing me to eat less food an feel sick after eating, i eat very little an get full very fast.
Thankyou for your time
Alex.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi If I see a person with difficulty in eating in my clinic ,I first examine for any obstruction or disease of oesophagus or stomach.Other than anxiety any other cause for your little appetite. So I advise you to consult your family physician and as per his advice a consultation with a gastroenterologist or a psychiatrist for your eating problem and anxiety..
Hope this will clear your doubt
