What Causes Sudden Abdominal Pain And Increased Heart Rate?

I have awoken with abdominal pain, gas, and fats heart rate. I moved my bowels, drank water, and this has subsided. I did eat some ground beef a few hours earlier that may have not been cooked well. I don t want to over react, as I have generalized anxiety disorder. Is this likely from the beef?
