What Causes Sudden Onset Of Diarrhea And Fever With Dizziness?

Good day! I suddenly got sick, on the first day I had fever, body malaise, dizziness and diarrhea. My stool's consistency is liquid and yellowish at first then became dark colored same like greenish on the next day. I go to the CR/toilet every 2-3 hrs, I cannot control it coming. I had a stool exam and the result shows RBC of more than 20, pus cells 5-6, positive mucous and blood. On the third day, there is an improvement because I can control my bowel movement and it's every 8hrs or more but not it's like a jelly thing. Another thing that came out is this bloated feeling and a little bit of dizziness. I am taking ciprofloxacin, done already with 2 bottles of metronidazole IV. Please tell me what is wrong with my stomach?
