What Causes Swelling In Mouth With Ear And Neck Pain?

I have a swelling on the floor of my mouth (sublingual glan I think) had lots of pain in neck and ear area. The pain has eased in the last couple of days but I have a tight feeling in the right side of my neck. Feels like its swollen but doesnt look swollen Also don't know if it's anything to do with it but have had a hot itchy rash come up on front of my neck

hello thanks for consulting at hcm..it could be salivary gland infection either submandibular gland r sublingual,,is pain present before eating food, swollen lymph nodes, plz get x-ray, ultrasound for the same,,put lemon peperment and drops of lemon juice so that if calculi it will get flushed out,,kindly consult oral surgeon and ent specialist,,hope it helps,,tc
