What Causes Swelling In My Right Feet?

hi, my name is Nikhat i am 22 years old , i am having pain in my right feet since 2 months i am applying cream and doing massage but still there is a lot of pain and having swelling since 2 months plz advice. i have consulted a doctor but he advice for a complete blood test and gave me wysolone tablet plz advice.

Hello,

If there is pain and swelling in the feet I will advise you to do hot water fermentation and post this elevation of the foot above the level of the heart in lying position.

Doing ankle toe movements in this position will be beneficial. Also, use stocking for the leg which will help not to accumulate the metabolic waste.

You can take medicine by name lasix if possible. It's a diuretic and your swelling will come down faster.
