What Causes Tendon Aches And Stiffness?

Hello, I experience tendon ackes for a year now. I have been tested for Arthitis, Lupus and all Colagen Diseases. All tests came back negative. I am Eurothyroid with Hashimoto anti-bodies (ATPO) 360 value. Could this be the cause for my ackes, cramps and tendon stifness ? Thank you.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

ATPO does not cause the stiffness in the tendons. This can be due to a decreased muscle tone or due to age-related changes. Proper tendon supplements and regular exercise with hot compress will help in reliving the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Praveen Tayal, Orthopaedic Surgeon
