What Causes Testicle Pain In A Child?

my 11 year old son is experiencing some discomfort and aches in his testicles, seems to be worse when he is sitting, it doesnt happen all the time but it is causing him quite a bit of concern,,,,being his mother, testicles in pubescent boys is not my forte!

this condition may be due to ill attachment of testicle in the sac which produce torsion like condition while sitting and causing pain. consult with pediatric surgeon for this.
