What Causes Throat Discomfort While Suffering From Facial Paralysis?

my 92 year old mother who has had Ramsy Hunt Syndrome a year ago resulting in some facial paralysis and this year loosing her eyesight in one eye due to a blood clot is now having an unusual sensation that is happening about 20 times per day. It begins with a feeling something like a pill is stuck in her throat, followed by a head issue on the top of her head that is hard to describe. Not really dizziness, but like particles swirling around in the top of her head.

Apart from the Ramsy Hunt syndrome, present complaints of unusual sensation, something stuck in mouth, dizziness, could be hallucination it may be associated with neurological changes due to viral infection, such symptoms could be self limiting may takes long time to come around but it is not life threatening.
