What Causes Tingling Feeling In Thighs Radiating To Feet?
I have a tingling feeling in my thighs that sometimes makes its way down to my feet, my vagina is swollen a bit (on my labia minora) my vagina has been itchy for a few days. A week ago it was itchy and i went to my doctors and got a PAP test done, they also tested for Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia which came back negative. A few days ago i washed myself with a loofah (i know uncomfortable and i shouldn t have) and i started getting itchy and it got puffy down there. I recently had sex and its still puffy, i am wondering what is going on...

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hello, Thanks for your query. Possibility of compression of nerve root in spine, leading to tinglling sensation in your thighs radiating to feet.
I will advise you to do MRI spine I advise my patient’s analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin, you can consult to your treating doctor and do required investigation. Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
Another possibility of lumbar canal stenosis which will be ruled out on MRI.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care
