What Causes Tingling In Palms During Sleep?
I am 34 years old, facing senseless,weightless,tingles in a palm sometime both, sometime in complete single arm and left/right leg. This all happen when it is passed 2-3 hours of my sleep, especially at night. I have high BP problem since last 3 years. Kindly suggest

well it is clear that you have cervical spondylosis C5/6 C6/7
you should adjust pillows and stay warm also i recommend a simple X ray for further physical therapy
