Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Urethritis post hard rigourous sex act.this could give pee like sensation with tingling sensation in bladder after taking plan B tab in your case.Or it could be Mostly due to NGUrethritis / to be treated with Azithromycin 1 gm on first day with followup of 500 mg - a day for 4 days time.
