What Causes Tingling Sensation On Arms, Legs And Face And Joint Pain?
I have feelings of tingling sensation in my arms and legs and face . I get hot flashes and sweaty palms. I have extreme joint pain and swelling in my hands and feet .i feel pressure in my head. Please tell me what s wrong with me . By the way I am 42

Hi, Thanks for your query.
The abnormal sensations that you have such as burning, tingling are termed peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral Neuropathy is a condition caused by damage to the peripheral nervous system [most commonly seen in diabetic patients]. Another possibility could be nerve compression in spine due to disc bulge. Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance of health and normal functioning of the nerve tissue and deficiency of it can lead to numbness. You can increase B12 level by taking meat and fish, or you can take tab methylcobalamine .
