What Causes Tiny Bumps On Lips?

i have tiny rash like bumps on my lips which have been there for over two years now...they are itchless and sometimes have a rough texture. other times they are not so rough. This rash started on my upper lip but is slowly developing on my lower one too. I have tried hydrocortisone cream and herpex cream but neither have worked. what could be the issue and how do i get rid off this annoying rash?

Hello dear,
welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

Such asymptomatic small persistent bumps on lips are most likely due to a condition known as fox fordyce spots. These are the normal structures formed due to enlargement of glands present there on lips. They are harmless.
But if cosmetic concern is there, they can be easily removed by radiofrequency by an expert dermatologist.

If you have any further query, you may ask me.
