What Causes Tiredness And Drowsiness While On Thyroxine?

hi...i'm 33 years old,and have hyperthyroidism,taking 50mg of thyroxine everyday...but recently i'm feeling very tired and sleepy..i always feel exhausted after small chores and my body feels to rest and rest....my legs also give up on me..i'm 68kg's.

The symptoms you described are suggestive for underactive thyroid, it means that probably the dose of levothyroxine you are taking is not enough.
I would recommend to check TSH level and adjust the dose according to it's result.
