What Causes Tiredness, Insomnia, Pain Under Ribs And Weightloss?
Hi, i am 33 yr old male. years ago i had alot of unprotected sex with women, not more then a few times each. i found out 5 years ago im a diabetic and recently havent had alot of luck with my blood sugar. i have been very tired as of late, not sleeping well at night, i got a terrible pain on my right side under my ribs, im always thinking im dying and seem to be stressed out alot.. i have also lost about 12 pounds in 2 months, i weight currently, 282.. does this sound like HIV, or could it be cancer or do i worry to much

Its all about you are worried toomuch,just ro get relaxed rule out HIV symptoms does not show the sign just to be on safer side have proper diabetic management with healthy eatibg habbit and walk,initiate meditation which will be benift for u
