What Causes Upper Abdomen Pain, Diarrhea And Black Stool?
I am twenty-one. I'm 5'4" and weigh 128 lbs. For about a week, I have had pain across the upper abdomen, frequent diarrhea, excessive gas. Today, I also had loose, black stool. The pain is not continuous. I haven't taken any iron supplements, nor eaten any foods that would cause the dark stool.
