What Causes Urinary Discharge With Rectal Bleeding?

I am 56, postmenopausal, divorced but in a relationship (long distance), have had some bleeding with intercourse, after being put on hormones, stopped taking hormones only yesterday but doc cautherized my cervix with silver nitrate on yesterday. had some cramping yesterday, doing fine today, but now having some beigey,grey discharge when i urinate, also noticed tonight after using bathroom, slight blood on tissue...is that normal? this is the first blood i;ve seen...its only slight. If so, how long will it and discharge last?
