HI Well come to HCM Thank for choosing HCM, Typhoid and Chikungunya if recovered fully then there would not be any clinical symptoms manifest, history of vomiting is not due to these both the infection but it seems to be due to acid peptic disease which is common condition seen. If I would be doctor of this case the I would try to treat this case with Sub-lingual Ondasetron medication, in sever vomiting it can be given through Iv rout, along with this PPI can also be tried, let me inform you that the vomiting could be due to something else and differential diagnosis is matter of concern, that may requires several tests. hope this information helps.
