What Causes Vomiting, Diarrhea, Sweating And Pain Under Breasts?

I have been sick for a few days and I was vomiting and bad bad diarrhea cramps, and stabbing beneath my breast pains, I sweat really bad when this occurs, couldnt get in to see my primary physician and had gone to the E R the doctor said that it sounds like my gall bladder, what does it sound like to you? If I drink water or coffee or what ever its painful,

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of vomiting and diarrhea, stabbing beneath breast pains, with lots of sweating, went to ER and Doctor thought of gall bladder, pain increases on drinking anything.
As pr the short history you have provided this looks to be gastroenteritis as you have both the components of vomiting and diarrhea with its secondary effects.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of the whole abdomen
Upper GI Endoscopy
Tests of blood, CBC, liver function will help further.
Tests of stool.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and may need a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and surgery if the diagnosis needs to be .
