What Causes Vomiting, Weakness And Diarrhea?

hi , i am a 28 years old male , 48 hours ago ,after eating chinken liver and rice went to the gym got home , and drunk a protein shake, soon i had to vomit and got week , i guess a i had a bit of fever , and i had contiunusly a diarrhea which didn't stop it the past 48 hours i try to rehydrate myself , wondering how long i should wait to see a doctor

It may be food poisoning as you had little fever, but pronounced diarrhoea and vomiting, may be related to the food I think the rice( Bacillus Cereus or something else may be too), It seems you almost immediately had symptoms due to the already formed toxins in that food. Try to Hydrate yourself at all times. You need to get admitted if vomiting prevents you from getting fluids down, or you still get dehydrated on attempted oral rehydration, or develop other signs of dehydration like weakness, lethargy or altered mentation for that matter.
