Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seems to be related to an infection.
Gastroenteritis, an inflammation of the stomach and intestines, can occur after eating food contaminated with: bacteria, such as Escherichia coli or Salmonella.
I suggest you to do a stool test to confirm the diagnose.
Meanwhile some advices that I can give to you are:

-Drink fluids regularly throughout the day, especially after bouts of diarrhea.

-Eat little and often, and include some salty foods.

-Consume foods or drinks with potassium

Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help.

Kindly regards,
Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
