What Causes Watery Diarrhea, Stomach Pain And Slight Fever?

Hi , my name is Keith. I have had loose and now watery diarrhea for 6 wks .I have had blood test, ultrasound, CT ABDOIANL AND ENDOSCOPY tomorrow, stomach pains and sometimes low grade fever. I was in Mexico in early June but given flagyl for 5 days and felt better for a few days and really sick since What could this be ?THANKS FOR ANY INFO
