What Causes Watery Stools With Muscle Pains And Tiredness?

I have had watery, non-urgent diarrhea for 3 full days, vomited twice last night, and feel tired (lethargic/malaise). I also have mild muscle aches. I haven t felt feverish but I have not taken my temperature. Today I noticed my diarrhea had black flakes in it. What are you thoughts?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that such nonspecific type of diarrhea some times happens and this is nothing to worry neither this needs any treatment this would come around on its own, without the medicine, try to keep the stress level low, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
