What Could Be A Head Injury Associated Movable Lump On Scalp With Headache?

I've had a hit on my head when I was getting out of the bus and there was a lump formation , the lump was quite small at first but now it's three times the original sign , the lump is movable on the scalp which makes me think it's just between the scalp and the skull and there is no connection to the brain . Last week it suddenly started pairing and I'm having constant headache for 6 days . Please help me out of this . Thank you .

HI. Well a movable lump in scalp is never a serious problem, but associated pain and constant headache indicates you might have a problem with brain coverings under the skull bone or in the brain itself. This needs urgent Medical attention , a CT scan and may be an admission in the hospital for observation.
