What Could Be Cause Of Swollen Inner And Outer Labia Of Infant?

My 2 year old daughter inner and outer labia is swollen nd she complains it hurts when she uses the bathroom and when she walks i been putting nystatin 30g on it what can possible cause this nd what should I use on it or is the meds I m using good for it???

Hi,
Form history it seems that she might be having diaper rash or some bacterial infection due to poor local hygiene.
Apply antibiotic cream locally after proper cleaning.
Change the diaper frequently.
Ok and take care.
