What Could Be Causing Constipation Even After Trying All Enemas And Magnesium Citrate Drinks?

I've been severely constipated and tried all enemas and magnesium citrate drinks and very little coming out and started a colon detox and started having small movements which is dark green and have white watermelon seed like with a lot of tiny white like sesame seeds in the sludge gaining a lot of weight and feeling very tired and irritable any suggestions on what is causing me to not get out stools

Hi. There is a possibility of an obstructing cause. The foremost thing is to rule out the cause for which you have to go for contrast enema studies with a water soluble dye. After the bowel could be cleansed well - an endoscopy to determine the cause. I would advise you to visit a gastro-enterologist for a clinical examination and to undergo the tests.
