What Could Be Done To Resolve The Pain Radiating Down To My Left Shoulder Caused By Heavy Lifting?
I m 64 - female in generally good health except for moderate-to-severe mitral valve leakage. I lifted some heavy boxes 8 days ago and since have had neck pain radiating down to my left shoulder. Today I began having worse pain and then sharp shooting pains in the lower, left skull - radiating upwards. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having stiff neck due to lifting heavy weight giving rise to pain in neck, skull area and shoulder area. As you got some cardiac problem go for EKG to rule out any coronary problem. Take some analgesic, muscle relaxant tablet for 2-3 days. Apply some analgesic cream locally. Ok and take care.
