What Could Be Reason For The Delay In The Periods Even After Taking Plan B 24hours After Having Intercourse?

Hi, I am a 24 yr old female. I took the plan-B 24 hours after intercourse with my boyfriend, that was on the 13th of November 2013. I do not take regular BCPs. I didnt get my periods in the month of December and I also tested negative for two consecutive pregnancy tests taken a week apart. Since the last 3 to 4 days I am experiencing a continuous dull ache in my lower abdomen, which is spreading towards my thighs and lower back.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The delay in the periods, and the pain in the perineum may be due to the infection, and anemia.
Though not for the period, for the sake of infection, i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to correct the anemia and general resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
