General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

As the other lifethreatening possibilities have been ruled out there is no cause of concern.
At the time of bleeding place her in left lateral position to prevent aspiration of blood in airways which could be the likely cause for respiratory symptoms.

Take care

Best Regards
