What Could Be The Cause Of Swelling And Pain In Shoulder?

i am having swelling in my shoulder in the soft area along with pain can you say what would cause this I did a scan on my shoulder six months ago which showed no abnormality. however I am still having that problem sometimes email: YYYY@YYYY

it looks to me that it can be a compressed nerve or a swelling consist of the fat. I do not think that Ct scan is a good test to find out about soft tissue problem and best solution will be a MRi scan.
After that treatment can be decided accordingly. I also want to advice you to take hot water fomentation for pain relief and you can also apply diclofenac gel.
