What Could Be The Grayish Rash On Inner Thigh And Outside Vagina After Delivery?

I am a diabetic and i have this grayish color rash on myy inner thighs and a little on the outside of my vagina. I just had a baby a few months ago and have not had sex... What could this be. When I take beneadryl it helps. No itching on the inside.

There is nothing much to worry about this condition , using aloevera ointment can cure this condition , these rash are typically due to pigmentation due to hormonal changes.
