What Could Be The Problem Having Constipated On Long Term, Mild Prolapse And Pain In Stomach?

I have a mild prolapse, not sure its related but have gone gluten free the last month which has meant I ve gone from being long term constipated to having bowel movements everyday. My problem is the pain im experiencing. My period was due a few days ago but instead im just getting lots of pressure on my bowel and vaginal area. Its really uncomfortable and doesn t ease when laying down. Any thoughts about the problem/pain/ lack of period?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
You just said prolapse but what kind of prolapse you did not mention it, while describing the complain remember to describe in complete detail, here it could be rectum prolapse, vaginal prolapse, any way for the constipation you have to change the certain habits, first keep the schedule for defecation time, and then you have to go for it according to the time scheduled, even if you do feel to go for it, still you go in sit there for at least 30 Minuit, in diet programme drink plenty off water, have fibber diet, most important do not exert any force while sitting for defecation, try Isabgol powder at be time two teaspoon have nice day.
