What Could Be The Reason For Greenish Brown Stuff Coming From Naval While Having Umbilical Hernia?

Hi, I just went to the ER lastnight but I don t think giving someone medicine and cream and sending them home just because your a doctor is enough. I been in serious pain. I been having nasty greenish brownish googy stuff coming out my naval. I have a embellical hernia. The doctor says I have a cyst but can medicine just make my problem go away!!??

Your symptoms seem to be related to an infection of the navel.

Prescribed antibiotics may be needed.

I also recommend to clean the area and use an antibiotic cream for local application.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen for the pain.
